Big Brother - 48" x 36".

Big Brother - 48" x 36" acrylic on canvas. I can watch Lily for hours, it's like looking at my little lion. Their face and bodies resemble the big cats to such a degree that when I go looking for cat pics for reference I look for big cat pics as well. They work perfectly. This one is quite an explosion of colour with tans and tangerine tints throughout.

Often details change from rough to final but not in this case. I changed the lion's mane a little for shape and added a third layer to better show a colour tint change from front to back.
